Sky-Watcher Dobson 150 telescope (SW-1315)

The Dobson 150 is an excellent choice for beginner astronomy enthusiasts. With a 150 mm primary mirror and a 750 mm focal length, it provides a fast f/5 focal ratio, delivering a very wide field of view. The Dobson 150 shares identical optical parameters with the Sky-Watcher BK 150750EQ3-2, but its compact Dobsonian mount and collapsible tube mean the entire setup fits in a backpack. This ultra-compact design is unique in the telescope market, making it perfect for trips to the mountains or lakes, far from city lights—where even a small mirror can reveal beautiful views of the night sky.

Focuser and Accessories
The telescope is equipped with a 1.25" focuser, allowing use of standard 1.25" eyepieces. The included Star Pointer finderscope makes targeting objects quick and convenient. The kit also includes 25 mm and 10 mm eyepieces, providing 30x and 75x magnification. For lunar and planetary viewing, adding a 4-5 mm eyepiece is recommended.
