The Askar 140 APO is a professional astrograph designed to deliver excellent performance for both experienced astrophotographers and visual observation enthusiasts.

This telescope features a classic apochromatic triplet lens system with an air gap. To achieve outstanding correction of chromatic aberrations, the lenses are made from extra-low dispersion (ED) glass. The interior of the optical tube is equipped with an advanced baffle system and coated with matte paint to eliminate reflections.

The telescope is versatile, suitable for both astrophotography and visual observing. By attaching a diagonal or using 1.25" and 2" eyepieces, you can enjoy sharp and clear visual observations.

In addition to its excellent optics, the Askar 140 APO stands out for its high-quality and precisely engineered mechanical components. The robust focuser can support even the heaviest astronomical cameras. CNC-machined mounting rings and a Losmandy dovetail foot ensure maximum stability.
