Askar 52 ED f/4,8 Super ED guide scope (ASKAR 52 GS ED)

Askar 52 mm Super ED Guide Scope is a professional-grade guide scope with an aperture that collects almost 164% more light compared to the Askar Guide Scope 32 mm f/4. This results in a stellar limiting magnitude of 10.4. In addition to astrophotography, it can also be used for visual observations when equipped with an optional adapter.

The optical system is based on an achromatic doublet with a low-dispersion (SD) glass lens that effectively corrects chromatic aberration. The guide scope features a helical focuser for smooth and convenient focusing. With its large front lens and fast focal ratio, it provides excellent image quality, improving guiding accuracy for astrophotography setups.

The body is made of durable metal and includes a Vixen-style mounting foot for easy installation in the telescope’s guide scope socket.
