At the heart of the camera lies the full-frame Sony IMX455 color sensor with back-illuminated technology and a 16-bit ADC, allowing for the capture of images with outstanding detail and dynamic range. The two-stage Peltier cooling system and the elimination of the Amp Glow effect make it particularly well-suited for long-exposure, deep-sky astrophotography.
