The Sky-Watcher SynScan WiFi adapter enables wireless control of Sky-Watcher GO-TO mounts and telescopes using a smartphone or tablet. The device works with the SynScan or SynScan Pro mobile applications and can also be used with a computer via ASCOM for advanced control through a PC.
For the SynScan EQ6 PRO mount, the WiFi adapter connects directly to the mount in place of the hand controller using the original hand controller cable supplied with the mount.
For SynScan AZ mounts, the WiFi adapter is also connected directly to the mount instead of the hand controller using the included connection cable.
This adapter allows users to conveniently control telescope movements, alignment, and tracking wirelessly, providing greater flexibility during observation sessions.
