The Sky-Watcher Emerald eyepiece with a 9 mm focal length offers a wide apparent field of view of 82 degrees. It is well suited for observing deep-sky objects such as nebulae, star clusters, and especially planetary nebulae when used with telescopes of longer focal length. The images are sharp, well corrected, and provide very high contrast, free from noticeable aberrations.

This eyepiece features an 8 mm eye relief and includes a foldable rubber eyecup for comfortable viewing.
