Eligibility Requirements

To purchase the Autel Robotics Care Plan, customers must meet the following conditions:

• Ownership of an EVO II, EVO II Pro, EVO Nano, or Lite series drone within its one-year warranty period.

Additional Eligibility Conditions

One of the following conditions must also be fulfilled:

• The drone must be unopened and in its original packaging.
• If opened, the drone must have been activated within 48 hours prior to purchasing Autel Care.
• If neither of the above applies, the drone must be sent to our repair team in Bothell, WA for a functional evaluation.

Activation Process

After purchasing the Autel Robotics Care Plan, customers must:

• Verify and activate their aircraft on the Autel website to complete the care registration process.
