The MaxFR series of filters is optimized for astrophotography with very fast telescopes, such as the Celestron RASA telescopes or Takahashi Epsilon astrographs. These filters are designed to capture the three critical emission lines in astrophotography: OIII, H-alpha, and SII, with a full width at half maximum (FWHM) of 12nm or 6nm.
