Alternative: Line filters with a 12nm full width at half maximum are ideal for DSLRs or CCD cameras with higher dark current. They are also highly effective for cameras with built-in guiding chips, as the wider bandpass typically doubles the number of visible stars in the image compared to narrower filters, enhancing guiding and imaging accuracy.
