Eyepieces

• Extended EWF 10x/22 mm eyepieces, Ø 30 mm tubes.

• Eyepieces can be secured to the tubes.

Heads

• Binocular and trinocular Siedentopf-type heads with 30° inclined tubes, interpupillary distance adjustable from 48 to 76 mm, and equipped with diopter adjustment(s).

• Unique rotating system allows ergonomic positioning of the tubes in a high position (431 mm) or low position (397 mm).

• Trinocular head includes a Ø 23.2 mm photo port.

Stages

• 216 x 150 mm rackless stage with double slide holder and integrated 79 x 52 mm mechanical stage. The rackless design eliminates protruding parts for smoother movements and increased safety.

• Optional 220 x 157 mm ceramic stage with integrated 75 x 50 mm mechanical stage, featuring a tough ceramic surface resistant to marks and scratches. The surface prevents stray light from reflecting into the objective.

Condenser for Brightfield

• Standard height-adjustable Abbe N.A. 1.25 condenser for brightfield applications, compatible with sliders for phase annuli (plan phase 10x/20x or S40x/S100x oil immersion IOS objectives).

• Includes magnification indication.

• Optional slider with a simple dark stop for dark field up to 400x magnification is available.

Condenser for Phase Contrast

• Optional height-adjustable Zernike N.A. 1.25 phase contrast disc condenser, compatible with plan phase objectives (10x/20x/S40x/S100x oil immersion) and a dark field stop position for dark field contrast up to 400x magnification.

Focusing

• Coaxial coarse and fine adjustments with 200 graduations, providing 1 µm per graduation and 200 µm per rotation, with total travel of approximately 24 mm.

• Adjustable rack stop prevents damage to samples and objectives.

• Friction control included on coarse adjustments.

Illumination

• Adjustable Köhler NeoLED diascopic illumination (3 W) with internal power supply (100–240 V).

• NeoLED design provides larger apertures, enabling higher resolution images close to the theoretical diffraction limit of the optics while consuming less energy and generating minimal heat; long operating lifetime included.

• Köhler illumination on models with IOS plan and plan phase infinity-corrected systems delivers high contrast and maximum resolving power; also available as an option on other models.

Fluorescence Illumination

• Six-position rotating or three-position slider fluorescence attachments supplied with a standard 100 W HBO mercury vapor light source, external power supply (100–240 V), and lifetime indication for the lamp. Includes standard fluorescence filter sets for blue and green excitation as well as a UV protection shield.

• Fluorescence microscopes with a 100 W mercury vapor light source can be equipped with specific, application-related fluorescence filter sets upon request.

• Two single-position fluorescence attachments are available: one with a blue excitation LED (460–495 nm, 3 W) and one with a green excitation LED (510–550 nm, 3 W), both supplied with external power supplies (100–240 Vac/7.5 Vdc) and standard fluorescence filter sets for blue and green excitation.

iCare Sensor

• Automatically switches off illumination shortly after the user steps away to prevent unnecessary energy loss.

CSS - Cable Storage System

• Allows users to insert the power cable into the back of the microscope for easy storage.

• Integrated carrying grip at the back ensures safe transportation of the microscope.

Packaging

• Supplied with a power cord, dust cover, spare fuse, user manual, and 5 ml immersion oil (for models with S100x objective).

• Models equipped with a mercury vapor light source include a UV protection shield.
