The Nikon 27x/40x/50x DS wide angle eyepiece is designed for use with Nikon Fieldscope models ED, EDIII, and III. This eyepiece is ideal for users who require higher magnification and a wide field of view for detailed nature observation or digiscoping. The eyepiece provides different magnifications depending on the Fieldscope model: 27x with the ED50, 40x with the III or EDIII, and 50x with the ED82. Advanced multi-layer lens coatings ensure excellent light transmission and sharp, high-resolution images. The eyepiece is lightweight and easy to handle but is not watertight.
