Full color digital camera equipped with a 2.1MP SONY Exmor CMOS sensor. The sensor uses back-illumination technology to reduce light scattering and enhance sensitivity, achieving 8935mV at 1/30s. As a result, the camera delivers bright and clear images even in low-light conditions. It is ideal for both darkfield and brightfield microscopy, specifically when using objectives with 40x, 60x, and 100x magnification.

The camera can be mounted in two ways: either into the trinocular tube using a C-mount adapter, or in place of the eyepiece using an adapter and adapter rings. For the widest field of view without distortion, it is recommended to use an adapter with a magnification of 0.6x to 0.9x. After mounting, the camera connects to a computer through a USB3.0 port, allowing for data transfer speeds up to 5Gbps.

MAGUS View software is included for displaying images on a monitor, capturing photos and videos, and performing other imaging tasks. The package provides a CD with all necessary software and drivers. Calibration for each objective is required before use, using a special calibration slide (not included).

The camera outputs images in Full HD 1920x1080 pixel format at a frame rate of 96 frames per second. This ensures smooth, lag-free transitions between frames, making the camera highly effective for observing moving samples and conducting live demonstrations during lectures or scientific presentations.
