Baader Tripod Double tube photo stand "astro &amp, Nature" - with carrying bag (10175)

This tripod is specially designed for astronomical observation, offering a highly torsion-resistant structure and a central column that can be extended by 35 cm. It is ideal for standing observation with binoculars or spotting scopes, and features a maximum height of 189 cm.

The tripod comes with a fluid pan-tilt head equipped with handles for stable, two-handed positioning of binoculars. The twin strut legs have telescopic sections for added stability. The pan-tilt head is removable, allowing the tripod to be used as a solid tangential mount with a 1/4" photo thread.

The tripod can also be used without the pan-tilt head, for example with GT mounts. An additional thread adapter, converting from 3/8" to 1/4" photo thread, is screwed into the lower end of the extension tube.
