Leofoto VR-220 lens camera support for Manfrotto/Sachtler heads (70418)

The Leofoto VR-220 is a universal lens support designed to stabilize longer lenses with their own tripod collar when mounted on a tripod. The end of the lens plate rail features an adjustable camera plate with a 1/4-inch screw thread for attaching the camera. Supporting the camera in this way reduces stress on the camera’s bayonet mount and also makes balancing on a gimbal head easier.

The base plate is not compatible with the ARCA-SWISS standard, as it is specifically designed for large video tilt heads from Manfrotto and Sachtler, such as the MVH502. An additional adapter is included for SACHTLER T-Series heads.

Leofoto uses premium 6061-T6 aluminium alloy with magnesium and silicon for all metal components. This corrosion-resistant material is known for its high strength and toughness, with a yield strength comparable to structural steel. All parts are CNC-milled from solid material for greater stability compared to cast parts. Leofoto always ensures uncompromising quality.
