The TeleVue BIG Paracorr Type 2 is a high-performance coma corrector designed specifically for Newtonian telescopes. In fast Newtonian systems, stars near the edge of the field can appear distorted and comet-shaped—an optical aberration known as coma. This corrector effectively eliminates that distortion, producing sharp, well-defined star images across the entire field of view.

This model is engineered for large telescopes equipped with a 3" focuser and is particularly well suited for imaging applications.
