The Optika IM-300LD4D is a modern inverted fluorescence microscope designed for professional use in research, diagnostics, and education. It combines a modular design with integrated digital technology and powerful LED fluorescence illumination, making it a comprehensive solution for advanced laboratory work.

Optics and Mechanical Design

The ergonomic trinocular tube is inclined at 45° and features an adjustable interpupillary distance from 50 to 75 mm for comfortable operation. Wide-field plan eyepieces (WF10x/22) with diopter adjustment ensure clear and precise viewing.

A smooth, ball-bearing 5-position objective turret holds three supplied IOS LWD U-PLAN F objectives (10x, 20x, 40x). These lenses are anti-fungal coated and provide bright, high-contrast images with generous working distance. The infinity-corrected optical system guarantees flexibility and excellent optical performance.

Stage and Condenser

The large microscope stage (250 × 290 mm) includes a glass insert and metal holder, accommodating slides and Petri dishes with ease.

A long working distance condenser (NA 0.30, working distance 72 mm) allows flexible use with a wide variety of samples and containers.

LED Fluorescence System

The integrated fluorescence unit features four LED filter cube positions and a modular design. It provides significantly higher light output compared to conventional systems. Key benefits include immediate readiness for use, no lamp replacement, and no warm-up time.

Integrated Digital Equipment

This digital version includes a built-in micro PC with a 15.6" 4K touchscreen, a 6 MP camera, and Optika ProView software. Images can be captured, documented, and analyzed directly on the device. A wireless mouse and keyboard are also included for convenient operation.
