Description

Panasonic GH6 25.21MP Micro Four Thirds Camera sensor 5.7K 60p/50p KIT - with Panasonic Lens 12-60mm F3.5-5.6

Panasonic, a world leader in the development of cutting-edge electronic technologies and solutions, is proud to announce the new LUMIX GH6: the latest flagship model of LUMIX mirrorless cameras.

The first hybrid camera in the LUMIX GH series, the GH1, suitable for both stills and filming, was introduced by Panasonic in 2009. Since then, the GH series has evolved and been enriched with the innovative features that users demanded. , establishing itself as the favorite model of videomakers thanks to its performance,

portability and rugged design. The LUMIX GH6 model is the latest addition to the family and pushes the boundaries of mirrorless cameras

With anamorphic 4: 3 modes in 5.7K 60p / 50p and 4: 2: 0 10-bit and 5.8K 30p / 25p / 24p and 4: 2: 0 10-bit, LUMIX GH6 offers higher resolutions and bit rates which provide the best in image quality, versatility and range needed for film, TV and all types of video production.

With the LUMIX GH6 it is also possible to realize 4: 2: 2 10-bit internal video recording, such as that commonly used in film production with 4K 60p resolution, in addition to simultaneous 4K 60p and 4: 2: 2 10-bit cinema output via HDMI.

Other innovations available include 4K 120p and 4: 2: 0 10-bit resolution (equivalent to 5 times slow motion * 1) and FHD 240p HFR (High Frame Rate) and 4: 2: 2 a video recording. 10-bit for creative functions, such as speeding up video, plus Variable Frame Rate (VFR) with up to 300fps

(equivalent to 12.51 slowdown) for dynamic subject movement.

Panasonic's commitment to continuous improvement

Panasonic continues its commitment to continuous improvement of the LUMIX range through firmware updates aimed at perfecting performance. In the future, a GH6 firmware update will be released to support:

- Cinema 4K resolution ProRes 422 HQ / ProRes 422

- ProRes 422 HQ / ProRes 422 FHD resolution

- Direct recording on USB-SSD

- 4K 120p video output via HDMI during Live View

- 4K 120p cinema resolution RAW video output via HDMI to ATOMOS Ninja V +

Unrivaled image stabilization

To facilitate handheld shooting, the LUMIX GH6 camera is equipped with a new Body I.S.3 and Dual I.S.24 stabilizer with high-precision 5-axis gyro sensor and new algorithm that allows you to obtain a compensation of 7.5 stops.

The Dual I.S. 2 works seamlessly to record natural and smooth video. Apply adequate compensation by precisely evaluating each movement, such as panning, inclination or hand movements. The B.I.S. compensates for body movement even when using interchangeable lenses without an optical stabilizer (O.I.S.), such as a fully mechanical cinema lens.

With this powerful stabilization it is also possible to shoot high resolution images without a tripod thanks to the dedicated High Resolution mode. By shooting and automatically synthesizing eight consecutive images, the GH6 creates an image equivalent to 100 megapixels (11552 x 8672 pixels), capturing the most imperceptible details, to create beautiful and extremely realistic images in not only RAW format, but also JPEG. With its lightweight, compact design and powerful B.I.S. stabilizer, LUMIX GH6

allows you to obtain results previously considered impossible, such as freehand ultra-telezoom shots

Incredible dynamic range

The LUMIX GH6 camera offers 12+ stops dynamic range for pre-installed V-Log recording, expandable to 13+ stops in Dynamic Range Boost5 mode. This function allows you to synthesize at each pixel an image with high saturation generated by the circuit with low ISO and a low noise image generated with a circuit at high ISO. The result is composite images with low noise and high saturation that create clear and smooth HDR6 video with rich gradation

The LUMIX GH6 camera is the first in the LUMIX G series of Micro Four Thirds cameras featuring full Vlog / V-Gamut, to provide high dynamic range with a wide color gamut.

LUMIX GH6 has two card slots. The Cfexpress (Type B) card supports internal recording

high bitrate video at 800Mbps or higher with resolution up to 5.7K 30p ProRes 422 HQ and C4K 60p ALLI, while the UHS II V90 SD memory card supports internal video recording up to 600Mbps.
