RED V-RAPTOR Starter Pack

The RED DIGITAL CINEMA V-RAPTOR Starter Pack combines the cutting-edge 8K VV + 6K S35 Dual-Format V-RAPTOR Camera with essential accessories, including a high-capacity 2TB PRO CFexpress 2.0 memory card. This comprehensive kit also includes a DSMC3 RED Touch 7" LCD Monitor, a CFexpress card reader, and a V-RAPTOR Wing Grip. Additionally, the camera comes with a power supply, two MICRO-V batteries, and a dual charger. 

The V-RAPTOR 8K VV Camera is remarkably compact, fast, and versatile, offering multi-format capture in 8K VV, 6K Super35, 4K, 3K Super16, and anamorphic options. Its RF lens mount accommodates various lens adapters, with a locking ring ensuring secure attachment even with heavier lenses. The camera features a new 35.4MP full-frame sensor delivering 17+ stops of dynamic range and phase-detection autofocus (PDAF), enhancing low-light performance and enabling rapid focus acquisition.

Powering the V-RAPTOR are compact Micro-V batteries, offering a smaller form factor to match the camera's footprint. These batteries provide approximately one hour of power and can be charged quickly using the included dual charger. Additionally, the camera supports CFexpress 2.0 Type B cards for high-speed and efficient media capture.

The right-side LCD interface provides intuitive control for assistant camera operators and includes physical buttons to prevent accidental selections. Dual 12G-SDI ports facilitate versatile output options, while high-speed frame rates and REDCODE Raw options cater to various shooting requirements.

The DSMC3 RED Touch 7.0" LCD Monitor offers daylight viewing with a high 322 ppi pixel density and wide 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. Mounting directly onto the camera, it provides touchscreen control and tilt adjustment for optimal viewing angles.

The 2TB PRO CFexpress 2.0 Type B Memory Card ensures high-performance data capture, supporting all frame rates and resolutions offered by the V-RAPTOR camera. Engineered for durability and reliability, it features advanced thermal management and offers free professional data recovery services.

Completing the kit, the CFexpress Card Reader allows fast ingestion of media, and the V-RAPTOR Wing Grip provides a low-profile handheld support option with multiple accessory mounting points.

Please note that the integrated 2.4" LCD monitor on the camera is for control purposes only and does not offer video preview capabilities. Additionally, some accessories may have limited compatibility with previous camera systems.
