Introducing the Pocket Cinema Camera 6K G2, the latest addition to the Blackmagic Design series, offering exceptional cinematic capabilities in a compact form. This camera inherits many features from its predecessor, the 6K Pro, including the renowned 6K Super35 sensor, dynamic range, interface options, and controls, all while being more budget-friendly. Notable features include a tilting 5" touchscreen LCD, dual mini-XLR audio inputs, NP-F570 L-series battery compatibility, and Gen 5 color science.

By foregoing internal ND filters and slightly reducing the LCD brightness, Blackmagic offers users two nearly identical 6K models to suit their preferences.

The 6K G2 includes a DaVinci Resolve Studio activation key, a 30W power supply for simultaneous battery charging, an NP-F570 battery, a lens port cap, and a camera strap.

Firmware update 7.9 introduces enhanced features such as focus-assist intensity adjustment, SD/SSD media selection on the LCD screen, frame guide color adjustment, improved lens control, autofocus enhancements, and gyro sensor data recording for stabilization.
