About the Illustrator:

Since the 1990s, Dieter Braun has resided in Hamburg, where he has flourished as an accomplished illustrator and author of children's books. His iconic drawing style, characterized by graphic simplicity and muted colors, is renowned worldwide. Dieter Braun's books have been embraced globally, translated into over ten languages. His distinctive illustrations adorn not only children's literature but also magazines such as Die Zeit, Geo, Stern, WWF Magazine, Wall Street Journal, and Forbes Magazine. Animal illustrations are among Braun's greatest passions and are among his most acclaimed works. "The World of Animals" marks his inaugural project in collaboration with Marmota Maps.
