Description

The Tron 60AIS meets the mandatory International Maritime Organization (IMO) regulations as of July 2022 and complies with the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) requirements. It is approved by MED, MER (UK), FCC, CCS, ANATEL, and IC.

This device is equipped with both a standard LED light and an infrared (IR) LED. The IR LED supports night vision, providing enhanced assistance for search and rescue (SAR) operations during nighttime or in low-light conditions.

The Tron 60AIS is compatible with the Galileo Return Link System, which is Europe’s Global Navigation Satellite System and has been operational since January 2020.

This EPIRB has been tested to meet operational and performance standards according to IEC 61097-2 Edition 4 (April 2021).
