The LT-2500 AC/DC Power Supply, developed and manufactured by Lars Thrane A/S, delivers 500 W of power without the need for forced cooling. The unit is CE Mark and IEC 60945 certified for maritime applications.
Performance and Features
The LT-2500 power supply is equipped with the following interfaces:
- AC input
- DC input
- 2 × DC outputs
- Alarm discrete output for signaling loss of AC input source
The unit includes status LEDs indicating:
- AC input available
- DC output available
The AC input source can also be controlled using the integrated On/Off button.
The LT-2500 AC/DC Power Supply is specifically designed as a primary power solution for maritime applications, including GMDSS systems. It supports simultaneous connection of both AC and DC input sources to ensure continuous power availability under all operating conditions.
If the AC input source fails, the system automatically and seamlessly switches to the DC input source without interruption.
