Optics Packages

LNS40

The LNS40 Optics Package features tried-and-true PVS14 glass optics with a 40° field of view (FOV). While heavier, these optics are built for durability and resistance to scratches and wear. The eyepiece offers a diopter adjustment range from +2 to -6 and is compatible with all PVS14 aftermarket accessories.

LWT40

The LWT40 Optics Package reduces weight by 30% compared to the LNS40, maintaining the familiar feel and functionality of PVS14 optics. It uses hybrid optics with some plastic lenses, offering durability and environmental resistance. The diopter adjustment range is +2 to -6, and the optics meet 20m for 2h submersion specifications.

LWT40D

For the best optical performance, the LWT40D Optics Package offers a slight weight increase over the LWT40. It features the Ether eyepiece, which provides a larger ocular diameter and eye box for comfort. The diopter is adjustable from +2 to -2 and can be locked to prevent accidental changes. Note that the Ether eyepiece is incompatible with most standard PVS14 accessories but accepts standard PVS14 eye cups.
