Description
The new Sky-Watcher BKP 200 OTAW Dual Speed optical tube combines a superior parabolic mirror with two additional improvements. First, the 2" Crayford focuser has been equipped with a microfocuser with a 10:1 ratio. Second, the tube has been shortened to extend the main focus so as to allow trouble-free focusing for astrophotography at the focal length of the mirror.
The Sky-Watcher BKP 200 OTAW Dual Speed is a complete optical system tube designed for both astrophotography and advanced visual observations, both of solar system objects and clusters, nebulae and galaxies.
The tube can be mounted on any suitably powerful astronomical mount of EQ-5 class or higher (HEQ-5, EQ-6) equipped with a dovetail foot, from any manufacturer (Sky-Watcher, Bresser / Messier, Meade, Celestron, Vixen).
