Description

HOLOSUN Optics and Primary Arms Optics have collaborated to introduce the HE507K-GR-X2 with ACSS Vulcan Dot Reticle, a groundbreaking micro reflex sight. Designed specifically for concealed carry purposes, the HE507K-GR-X2-ACSS is a compact, lightweight, and rugged optic that offers exceptional reliability, boasting a runtime of up to 40,000 hours on medium settings. This sight incorporates all the essential features and cutting-edge technologies of the standard HOLOSUN model, including the Multi-Reticle System, Shake Awake technology, and a built-in Lock Mode.

Equipped with 12 green-illuminated brightness settings and user-friendly push-button controls, the HE507K-GR-X2-ACSS ensures optimal visibility in various lighting conditions, even when used with night vision devices. The co-branded optic showcases the ACSS Vulcan Dot reticle system, which significantly enhances target acquisition and quick recovery through its patented outer reference circle. When the reticle is precisely aligned with the target, the ACSS Vulcan Dot appears as a simple and unobtrusive 3 MOA dot. However, if your aim is slightly off, the edge of the 230 MOA outer circle guides you back to the center, mitigating one of the primary challenges associated with micro reflex optics—locating the aiming point within the smaller optical aperture.

This version of the optic utilizes green reticle illumination, which offers advantages such as improved acquisition speed and enhanced clarity compared to red reticles. However, for those who prefer red illumination, the HS507K-X2-ACSS variant provides identical features but with a red LED emitter. The HE507K-GR-X2 with ACSS Vulcan Dot Reticle is designed with an RMSc footprint, ensuring compatibility with many popular concealed carry pistols.

Please note that individuals with astigmatism may experience a blurry or fuzzy appearance of the red dot reticle. Astigmatism is a common eye condition that often goes unnoticed. To check for astigmatism, you can take a picture of the reticle using your phone's camera, as your phone does not have astigmatism. Additionally, a high brightness setting in a poorly lit environment, such as indoors, can also contribute to a blurry reticle. If you encounter this issue, try lowering the brightness and repeat the previous suggestion of capturing a photo with your phone. If the reticle remains blurry in both pictures, there may be an issue with the reticle itself, which is covered by the product's warranty.
