State-of-the-art night vision technology meets outstanding wearing comfort - a first-class combo that can be individually customized according to individual wishes and needs.

The new DTNVS is lightweight and versatile. It can be hand-held as well as attached to a helmet or head mount. In addition, it can be individually adapted to the user via diopter adjustment, objective focus and eye relief adjustment (DTNVS Locking System).

The new binocular model owes its remarkably low weight and high stability to its fiber-reinforced polycarbonate body. Optionally, the unit can also be set to turn off automatically when folded up - thus not only saving energy, but also minimizing telltale stray light.

Other features include ACT's familiar individual ocular on/off switching, a battery and IR status indicator in the field of view, as well as a built-in IR LED for better close-range vision.

Binocular night vision devices offer the great advantage of true spatial vision, which provides significantly improved awareness when moving quickly in heterogeneous terrain or indoors.

LNS40 body:

The LNS40 Optics Package consists of the widely proven PVS14 optics. These are a glass optics with 40° FOV. This makes them heavier but also more durable for heavy duty use and more scratch and wear resistant. The eye piece has a diopter adjustment path from +2 to -6.

These optics are compatible with all PVS14 aftermarket accessories for objective and eye piece.

The optics meet the 20m for 2h submersion specification.
