Description

Pulsar's advanced thermal imaging scope, the Thermion 2 XP50 PRO LRF, is engineered for precise shooting in both day and night conditions. This exceptional model boasts a fixed optical magnification of 2x and offers a digital zoom range of 2-16x, allowing users to easily spot objects up to 1800 meters away with enhanced accuracy. What sets it apart is the integrated laser rangefinder with an 800-meter range, ensuring quick and precise distance measurements with an impressive +/- 1-meter accuracy.

The Thermion 2 XP50 PRO LRF features a high-resolution sensor with a 640x480 pixel array and a pixel pitch of 17 µm. Its exceptional sensitivity enables it to detect temperature differences as small as 25 mK. The device's display employs AMOLED HD technology, boasting a resolution of 1024x768 pixels, which delivers outstanding color accuracy, power efficiency, rapid response, and smooth imagery even in frigid conditions. The scope includes user-friendly built-in controllers with intuitive function buttons for ease of operation.

This thermal imaging marvel provides eight distinct image display modes to simplify object recognition and identification:

  • White Hot - Ideal for object detection
  • Black Hot - Ideal for object detection
  • Red Hot - Ideal for object detection
  • Red Monochrome - Suitable for extended nighttime observation
  • Rainbow - Perfect for reconnaissance and identification
  • Ultramarine - Designed for recognition and identification
  • Violet - Tailored for prolonged nighttime observation
  • Sepia - Suited for extended nighttime observation

The Thermion 2 XP50 PRO LRF also includes ten different target reticles in four distinct colors, electronically displayed in the same plane as the target. This wide range of options simplifies the selection of the most suitable reticle for prevailing conditions. Additionally, the scope offers five ballistic profiles, each capable of storing ten zeroing distances, and a picture-in-picture function for zooming in on the central part of the image, occupying just 10% of the total display area, to enhance target recognition.

The model features a built-in 16 GB internal memory, allowing users to save photos and videos. These files can be effortlessly transferred to a smartphone or tablet via Wi-Fi using the StreamVision 2 app. The integrated Wi-Fi module also enables remote control of the device or using a smartphone as an external display. For added comfort, the Thermion 2 model features diopter adjustment.

Crafted from a durable and shock-resistant aluminum alloy, the scope can withstand recoil of up to 6000 J, compatible with firearms like .375 H&H and 9.3x64. Its compact design and seals ensure IPX7 waterproof protection, allowing it to be submerged up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. The operating temperature range spans from -25 to +50 degrees Celsius.

The scope operates on two power sources: a built-in 4900 mAh battery and a replaceable APS2 battery with a 2000 mAh capacity. This dual-power setup ensures extended usage of up to 10 hours. Moreover, it supports APS3 batteries (not included) with the provided APS3 adapter. The built-in USB Type-C port allows for the use of a power bank to prolong operation, and the Display OFF power-saving mode turns off the display while keeping the thermal imager running.
