Description

N 150/750 Telescope: This adaptable Newtonian reflecting telescope offers abundant light and robust stability at an affordable price, catering to both novice and seasoned astronomers. With its generous 150mm aperture, it captures ample light, revealing distant celestial wonders such as the Ring Nebula and the Dumbbell Nebula in stunning detail. Even globular clusters like M13 unfold into a myriad of individual stars at their peripheries. Planetary observation delivers intricate images of Saturn, Jupiter, Venus, and Mars. Sporting an f/5 focal ratio, it falls into the 'fast' Newtonian telescope category, making it ideal for astrophotography. Its light-gathering capability exceeds the naked eye by 460 times, with a fully dilated 7mm pupil.

Key Advantages:

Relatively high light-gathering power due to its 150mm aperture

Resilient against vibration and wind owing to its compact design

Diffraction-limited parabolic primary mirror ensures high contrast images

Thin secondary mirror spider vanes contribute to high-contrast imagery

Portable and quickly assembled for convenience

Short focal length allows for shorter exposure times in astrophotography

The PDS version of the Explorer features a dual-speed focuser with a 1:10 reduction ratio, crucial for precise focusing in astrophotography and visual observation. Its tube length has been slightly reduced compared to the Explorer P version, optimizing it further for astrophotography.
