The Omegon SWA series introduces a new era in super wide-angle eyepieces.

These eyepieces have long been esteemed for their exceptionally wide apparent fields of view, offering an immersive experience akin to a spacewalk.

Designed for Powerful Telescopes

The latest Omegon SWA eyepieces feature a redesigned look and internal structure, setting them apart from their predecessors. They now boast enhanced rubber armor for improved grip and new eyecups that not only enhance convenience but also elevate the observing experience.

Optical Precision

Equipped with five glass elements arranged into three or four groups (depending on the focal length), Omegon SWA eyepieces provide a generous 70° apparent field of view with superior edge definition and minimal distortion. They are compatible with relatively fast, short-focus systems, delivering immersive views without the need for constant adjustment.

Advanced Coating Technology

A new wide-band multi-coating enhances light transmission, resulting in brighter, clearer images. Blackened lens edges and an effective internal baffle system minimize scattered light, ensuring high-contrast views with reduced reflections.

Wide Selection of 2" and 1.25" Eyepieces

The Omegon SWA series comprises six eyepieces: 38mm, 32mm, 26mm, 20mm, 15mm, and 10mm. The 38mm, 32mm, and 26mm variants feature 2" barrels, making them ideal for deep-sky observation and providing expansive true fields of view. The shorter focal lengths (20mm, 15mm, and 10mm) come with 1.25” barrels. All eyepieces in this series are parfocal, eliminating the need for frequent refocusing when switching between them.

Featuring a newly designed steplessly adjustable eyecup, users can precisely adjust the viewing distance as needed for optimal comfort, catering to both spectacle and non-spectacle wearers.
