Celestron Filters LPS RASA 800

Celestron's LPS nebula filter designed for RASA 8 astrographs enhances contrast by effectively suppressing stray light.

The filter is seamlessly attached to the M55 filter thread of RASA8 telescopes without altering the working distance, allowing continued use of standard connection adapters. It selectively transmits light from emission nebulae while blocking light pollution from artificial sources, enabling longer exposure times up to fourfold.

Crafted with Schott glass featuring an anti-reflex coating, the filter minimizes unwanted reflections, ensuring aesthetically pleasing images. It is optimized for compatibility with modern color CMOS sensors found in astro cameras and system cameras, delivering excellent color correction.

For convenience and protection, the filter comes packaged in a plastic box for safe storage.
