Description

Observing and imaging the Sun in Sodium-D2 at 589 nm unveils intricate details within sunspots and the photosphere, surpassing those visible in white light.

For optimal results, your refractor's f-ratio should fall between f/4 and f/8. Up to 80 mm, the Solar Filter can be used without an additional Energy Rejection Filter. However, for larger apertures, we recommend using an ERF to block out unused light and thermal radiation.

Similar to other Quark filters, this one features integrated heating, ensuring optimal functionality at all times.
