Intelligent Design

Powered by precision servo motors and electronic position encoders, the system can run on 8 AA batteries, a 12V/2A power supply, a power tank, or a car battery cable. The NexStar hand controller is Internet-upgradable and allows easy navigation to up to 4,000 celestial objects with just the press of a button.

SkyAlign Technology simplifies alignment. Users input the date, time, and location, then align the telescope to any three bright celestial objects. The system quickly calculates the position of all visible celestial objects. Solar system alignment is also possible, allowing daytime observation of brighter stars and planets when using a solar filter, making this telescope especially fun and educational for children.
