Description
The Astrozap dual channel controller is designed with pulse width modulation technology, allowing precise control of dew heaters. Each channel manages two outputs, providing a total of four outputs. The duty cycle ranges from 5% at the lowest setting to 95% at the highest, ensuring efficient power management for your dew prevention needs.
This controller operates exclusively on 12 volts DC and has a total amperage capacity of 5 amps across all four outputs. It comes with a six-foot cord featuring a cigarette lighter plug and includes a built-in 5-amp fuse for safety. The controller is compatible with Astrozap Flexi-Heat dew shields, Heat Bands, and other brands using RCA output connectors.
A green LED indicates power to the controller, while two amber LEDs show the power level for each channel. The brightness of the amber LEDs corresponds to the duty cycle, with the lowest setting effectively turning the controller off.
