Description

The StarGO is a computerized GoTo Control System based on stepper motor technology, designed for seamless operation with both Alt-Azimuthal and Equatorial mounts. While it is optimized for Avalon Instruments' M-zero, M-uno, and Linear mounts, its programmable gear ratio and compatibility with special motor kits make it adaptable for other mount brands. Intuitive and easy to use, the StarGO system supports versatile applications ranging from simple tracking to full astrophotography setups.

The StarGO system offers three main operating modes:
Simple Tracker: Operates without additional devices, providing tracking in both Equatorial and Alt/Az modes.
Wireless GoTo System: Connects to SkySafari via smartphones or tablets, offering a 24-star pointing model. This mode is ideal for visual observation.
Full GoTo System Mount Controller: Works with a PC via ASCOM drivers, enabling full control through popular astronomical software such as Maxim, TheSkyX, PhD2, SGP, and Carte du Ciel. This mode is recommended for advanced astrophotography.
