Large aspherical mirrors in Newtonian telescopes are excellent for deep-sky photography due to their wide field of view and high image brightness. However, these mirrors often exhibit coma, where stars at the edge of the field appear distorted, reducing the usable field of view. The MPCC Mark III corrects this issue with its advanced lens design, virtually eliminating coma while maintaining the telescope's original focal length. Unlike other coma correctors, it does not compromise the field of view or increase focal length.

The MPCC Mark III features 'Phantom Group' multi-coatings on all glass-to-air surfaces, ensuring maximum light transmission across a wide spectral range (UV to NIR).
