Description
The Messier series by Bresser provides telescopes that combine excellent performance with affordability, making them ideal for ambitious beginners. These systems are expandable and retrofittable, ensuring they remain useful as users advance in their astronomy journey.
Bresser Messier NT-203/1200 Optics
The Messier NT-203/1200 delivers exceptional observational capabilities that were previously unattainable in this price range. Its longer focal length and minimal obstruction ensure enhanced sharpness and contrast, making it particularly well-suited for planetary observation. The level of detail visible on Jupiter's surface is truly breathtaking.
This telescope is not limited to planetary observation. It excels at deep-sky exploration, allowing you to observe structures in distant galaxies and the wisps of emission nebulae within the Milky Way. You can also explore the remnants of exploded stars and witness the birthplaces of new stars with remarkable clarity.
With its larger-than-average aperture, the Messier NT-203/1200 offers stunning views of the universe.
This model is equipped with the improved Hexafoc focuser, which has a free aperture of 65 mm. For astrophotography, it can be upgraded with a 1:10 reduction ratio fine focuser (available as an accessory) to enable precise focusing adjustments.
Bresser EXOS-2 Mount
The EXOS-2 is a robust equatorial mount designed for both visual observations and astrophotography. It has a high load capacity of up to 13 kg for visual use and 10 kg for photographic use. The mount ensures precise tracking, supported by double radial ball bearings for smooth operation and an optimized RA-axis that minimizes play.
This durable and precisely engineered mount is perfect for beginners entering astrophotography. Additionally, a motorized two-axis control system can be added as an optional upgrade.

-
Sturdy equatorial mount
-
Counterweight included
-
Robust steel tripod with three legs
