Description
The Messier series by Bresser offers telescopes that combine excellent performance with affordability, making them ideal for ambitious beginners. These systems are designed to be expandable and retrofittable, ensuring they remain useful as users advance in their astronomy journey.
Bresser NT203s/800 Optics
The Newtonian telescopes of the Messier series have earned a reputation as reliable instruments, even for astrophotography. With the new Messier NT203s/800, the series has been further improved to meet the needs of astrophotographers.
-
The fast aperture ratio of f/3.9 allows deeper exposures within the same exposure time.
-
The large secondary mirror ensures optimal field illumination.
-
The high-quality 2.5" Hexafoc focuser enables vignetting-free photography.
-
The main mirror is supported by an elaborate 6-point bracket for enhanced stability.
-
Large adjustment screws for both the primary and secondary mirrors simplify collimation.
The telescope also includes tube clamps with a 44 mm dovetail rail, a carrying handle with a mounting option for a camera, and an excellent bright viewfinder with crosshairs, making it a high-quality instrument for both visual observation and astrophotography.
Bresser EXOS-2 Mount
The EXOS-2 is a robust equatorial mount designed for both visual observations and astrophotography. It has a high load capacity of up to 13 kg for visual use and 10 kg for photographic use. The mount ensures precise tracking, supported by double radial ball bearings for smooth operation and an optimized RA-axis that minimizes play.
This durable and precisely engineered mount is perfect for beginners entering astrophotography. Additionally, a motorized two-axis control system can be added as an optional upgrade.
Included with the Mount:
-
Sturdy equatorial mount
-
Counterweights included (2 x 4.9 kg)
-
Robust steel tripod with three legs
