Description

The Messier series by Bresser provides telescopes that deliver excellent performance at an affordable price, making them ideal for ambitious beginners. These telescopes are designed to be expandable and retrofittable, ensuring they remain useful as users progress in their astronomy journey.

AC 90/1200 Optics: A High-Quality Refracting Telescope for Planetary Observation
This telescope is an excellent choice for beginners in astronomy. Its 90mm aperture gathers approximately 200 times more light than the naked eye, providing sharp and detailed images of celestial objects.

With the AC 90/1200, you can observe craters, valleys, and grooves on the Moon from a distance of nearly 400,000 km as if you were right up close. It also delivers stunning views of Saturn's rings millions of kilometers away and allows you to see Jupiter's "Great Red Spot," a massive storm in its atmosphere. Track the seasonal changes on Mars or observe Venus's crescent with ease.

The AC 90/1200 captures several times more light than the telescope Galileo Galilei used for his groundbreaking discoveries nearly four centuries ago. Its permanently installed exchangeable protective cap reduces dew formation and blocks stray light, enhancing image contrast even further.

Bresser EXOS-2 Mount
The EXOS-2 is a robust equatorial mount designed for both visual observations and astrophotography. It has a high load capacity of up to 13 kg for visual use and 10 kg for photographic use. The mount ensures precise tracking, supported by double radial ball bearings for smooth operation, while the optimized RA-axis minimizes play.

This durable and precisely engineered mount is perfect for beginners entering astrophotography. Additionally, a motorized two-axis control system can be added as an optional upgrade.

Included with the Mount:

  • Sturdy equatorial mount

  • Counterweight included (2 kg)

  • Robust steel tripod with three legs
