Maksutov Telescopes
Maksutov telescopes are compact and highly portable, making them ideal for traveling or outdoor use. Their enclosed optics and collimation stability enhance durability and robustness. Despite their compact design, Maksutov telescopes feature a long focal length. However, their field of view is narrower compared to achromatic refractor telescopes. This combination makes them excellent for observing the Moon and planets. When paired with an Amici prism, they are also suitable for nature observation and photography.

This model now includes the new Hexafoc focuser with a free aperture of 65 mm. For photographers, it can be upgraded with a 1:10 reduction ratio fine focuser (available as an accessory) to allow more precise focus adjustments.

Bresser EXOS-2 Mounting
The EXOS-2 mount is robust and capable of handling high loads (up to 13 kg for visual use and 10 kg for photography). It features precise tracking for both visual observations and astrophotography. Double radial ball bearings ensure smooth operation, while optimized RA axes minimize play. This sturdy mount makes it easy to start astrophotography. Additionally, a motorized 2-axis control can be added.

The GoTo system for the EXOS-2 simplifies celestial observations, even for beginners.
