Description

The TrailSeeker ED binocular provides exceptional outdoor performance, making it a top choice for birdwatchers, hunters, and outdoor enthusiasts. With advanced optical, mechanical, and ergonomic features, it offers performance comparable to binoculars costing significantly more.

ED Objective Lenses
TrailSeeker ED binoculars feature Extra-Low Dispersion (ED) glass, which virtually eliminates chromatic aberration (color fringing), a common issue in binoculars. This ensures edge-to-edge sharpness, excellent color correction, and razor-sharp images.

Celestron’s high-quality ED glass provides brighter and sharper images compared to non-ED binoculars. The difference is especially noticeable in low-light conditions such as dawn or dusk.

Coatings and Prisms
TrailSeeker ED binoculars are equipped with fully multi-coated optics and phase- and dielectric-coated BaK-4 prisms. Fully multi-coated optics ensure that all air-to-glass surfaces are treated with multiple layers of anti-reflective coatings, maximizing light transmission to the eye.

The BaK-4 prisms are enhanced with phase and dielectric coatings, reflecting more light through the prism to deliver bright, detailed images with exceptional clarity. Together, these features maximize light transmission for the best possible viewing experience.

The Body
The TrailSeeker ED’s magnesium alloy body is lightweight yet rugged, designed for tough outdoor conditions. The rubber-coated frame provides additional protection and a secure grip. Fully waterproof and nitrogen-filled, these binoculars resist internal fogging, ensuring clear optics even in harsh environments.

Twist-up eyecups with multiple click stops provide comfortable viewing for both eyeglass wearers and non-eyeglass wearers. Users can adjust the eyecups to find their most comfortable viewing position.

Perfect for a Variety of Uses
With a close focus of just 2.16 meters, TrailSeeker ED binoculars are ideal for observing birds, butterflies, plants, or other nearby subjects. They also provide the magnification needed for distant objects while offering a wide field of view to easily track moving targets. This versatility makes them an excellent all-around performer for various observation needs.

Ways to Observe
TrailSeeker ED includes both a neck strap and a carrying harness so users can choose their preferred carrying option for maximum comfort. These binoculars are tripod adaptable (tripod adapter sold separately), allowing mounting on any standard photographic tripod for extended viewing or digiscoping sessions. A protective soft case is included for safe storage and transport.
