Celestron Aluminium tripod TrailSeeker (70054)

The TrailSeeker tripod is equipped with a two-way fluid panhead, offering smooth and precise movement for various applications. The single handle allows easy control of the panhead, while an oversized knob adjusts the tension and securely locks it in place. A quick-release plate with a standard 1/4-20 photo thread makes it easy to mount spotting scopes, binoculars, cameras, or small telescopes. The plate locks firmly into the quick-release coupler for added stability.

The center column is designed for more than height adjustment. It features a retractable balance hook at the bottom, which provides extra stability on windy days by allowing you to hang a heavy object like a backpack. When not needed, the hook retracts into the column to stay out of the way.

Two of the tripod legs are padded for comfortable carrying and easier handling in cold weather without gloves. The legs are fitted with rubber feet to prevent slipping on slick or wet surfaces.

Additional features include bubble levels located on both the top of the tripod and the side of the panhead for precise alignment. A carrying bag is also included, offering safe storage and easy transport with its shoulder strap.
