Description

The Nadirus Dobsonian telescope is the result of collaboration with reliable partners and the design expertise of the Amadori study. Every component of this telescope has been meticulously designed and engineered, balancing technical precision and practical usability. With its elegant and curvy design, Nadirus represents Italian craftsmanship at its finest, combining high-quality materials with innovative technical solutions to create a unique and exceptional astronomical instrument.

The defining graphic motif of the Nadirus Dobsonian is the wheel-inspired design, featuring six intersecting circles of varying diameters with radiused corners that enhance the telescope's profile. This motif is echoed in the base structure, which is designed to reduce weight while maintaining durability. The rotating base system also incorporates a unique pattern reminiscent of fan blades, emphasizing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Constructed from lamellar beech wood, the telescope's structure is lightweight yet stable. Special attention has been given to the upper cylinder housing, where the spider secondary mirror holder is crafted from birch plywood with crossed beams for unparalleled strength and stability. The primary mirror cell is also constructed from birch plywood and features a 9-point floating support system with natural cork foam discs for optimal mirror performance. The entire structure is varnished for outdoor use, ensuring durability in various conditions.

Numerous mechanical and technical details have been carefully studied to guarantee high quality and practicality, making this telescope an excellent choice for advanced astronomical observations.
