Geoptik Losmandy-Style Prism rail with 480mm Gear rack (62172)

The GK-8 system is designed to make balancing your telescope simple and precise. It features a rack fixed to the dovetail plate and a pinion inside the clamp, allowing for smooth and secure adjustments, even by just a few millimeters, without any risk of slipping. The system includes a Losmandy-style plate at the base, which is compatible with any clamp of this standard.

Full rack plates are available for this system, but you can also adapt other Geoptik plates or plates you already own. This setup is ideal for use with the Geoptik Losmandy GK-8 prism clamp.

Geoptik dovetail bars, clamps, and mounting plates are made from high-quality aluminum that is CNC-machined for precision and anodized for durability, ensuring reliable performance and long-lasting quality.
