The PT pressure tuner allows for precise adjustment of the Etalon filter using an air pressure system. By making small changes to the air pressure inside a chamber within the telescope, the refractive index of the air is altered, enabling effortless and accurate tuning to the H-alpha spectral line. This system ensures a uniform image without central obstructions and provides a durable, long-lasting etalon.

The B1200 blocking filter is ideal for visual solar observation and is also suitable for solar photography with cameras that have small sensor chips, such as typical planetary cameras. For cameras with medium or large sensors, a telescope with a larger blocking filter is recommended to ensure the sensor is fully illuminated.
