Motic BA310 microscope, digital (45013)

The Motic BA310 microscope is specifically designed to handle the rigorous demands of daily routine work in universities, clinics, laboratories, and other life science or medical environments that require high-quality optical performance. Utilizing Motic's Color Corrected Infinity Optics (CCIS®) and newly designed EF-N Plan Achromatic objectives, the BA310 delivers sharp, high-contrast images, even for challenging samples. The full Köhler illumination system ensures optimal lighting, and the microscope’s modular design allows for the addition of various contrast methods and discussion devices, making it a versatile choice for all user levels.

Objectives
The BA310 features a new generation of EF-N Plan Achromatic objectives made from high-quality optical glass. These objectives are multi-layer coated to enhance contrast, even with weakly stained slides. Combined with a newly calculated tube lens, the system produces a fully corrected intermediate image without color fringes.

Eyepieces
Standard N-WF 10X/20 eyepieces with high eyepoint design are suitable for eyeglass wearers and offer consistent diopter adjustment for both eyes. Lockable eyepieces prevent unauthorized removal, ensuring durability and reliability for student use.

Eyepiece Tubes
The ergonomic 30° viewing angle and adjustable interpupillary distance (48-75 mm) provide fatigue-free viewing. The wide 20 mm field of view allows for fast and comfortable screening. All standard eyepiece tubes include a “butterfly” swivel adjustment to increase viewing height. Trinocular tubes allow for digital documentation with light split options of 20/80 or optional 0/100.

Illumination
Multiple illumination options are available, including Köhler 6V/30W halogen or 3W LED, to suit various laboratory needs.

Digital Imaging
The BA310 Digital model includes a built-in 3 megapixel digital camera in the observation tube. With USB 2.0 output, it provides high-resolution imaging in both real-time and capture modes, making it ideal for teaching, training, and analysis without the need for adapters or focus corrections.
