The Omegon 90mm telescope is perfect for wide-field observing and for guiding on faint stars. When smaller guide scopes struggle to find a bright star in view, this 90mm refractor excels. But its versatility goes beyond just guiding.

With a 90mm aperture and a 500mm focal length, this achromatic refractor is extremely compact. This makes it ideal not only as a guide scope but also as a travel telescope for wide-field observation during holidays. Its internal baffle system and multi-coated lens doublet minimize reflections, ensuring clear views. You can use a 2" eyepiece for low magnification and enjoy expansive views of the night sky or nature. With magnifications up to 80x, you can also observe finer details.

As a guide scope, the 90/500mm achromat comes with double ring clamps and a prism rail receiver, allowing attachment to any refractor mount with a GP receiver. For astrophotography, you can use a double mounting and a guide scope mount, or opt for an optional guide scope ring clamp.

The telescope features a 2" Crayford focuser for precise and easy focusing. Use your 2" eyepieces for wide-field observing or the included 1.25" adapter for all your 1.25" eyepieces.

The sturdy metal optical tube assembly (OTA) includes a retractable dew shield, adding both protection and a quality finish.

This tripod offers a maximum working height of 148cm without a ball head, yet folds down to just 54cm. The minimum working height is only 8cm. Despite weighing just 1.77kg, it can support up to 25kg.
