The Vixen N 130/650 is a lightweight 5-inch Newtonian reflector, making it an excellent entry-level telescope. Porta II Mount:
The Porta II is a robust altazimuth mount with a 20-pound payload capacity. It features Slow Motion Flexible Handles that help reduce vibrations and keep your view steady, which is especially useful for locating and tracking celestial objects. The mount head can be easily removed to switch to a heavier tripod if needed. This mount is also suitable for terrestrial viewing. With no locks or clutches, the gear drives let you smoothly track objects by turning the elevation and azimuth handles.
