The Vixen ED80Sf refractor is equipped with a Dual Speed Focuser and uses high-quality FPL-53 glass for excellent optical performance. With a medium f/7.5 focal ratio, this apochromatic telescope provides sharp, high-contrast, and color-free images. Its compact length of just 22.4 inches makes it an ideal grab-and-go travel telescope.

Porta II Mount:
The Porta II is a robust altazimuth mount with a 20-pound payload capacity. It features Slow Motion Flexible Handles to reduce vibrations and keep your view steady, which is especially helpful when searching for or tracking celestial objects. The mount head can be easily removed to switch to a heavier tripod if needed. This mount is also suitable for terrestrial viewing. The gear drives, which do not require locks or clutches, allow for smooth tracking by turning the elevation and azimuth handles. The Porta II mount includes slow motion control on both axes, a solid central bolt for easy tripod changes, flexible handles, and an accessory tray.
