The Vixen SLV 25mm eyepiece is designed for maximum comfort during observation, offering a generous 20mm of eye relief even at longer focal lengths. High-quality lanthanum glass is used to minimize chromatic aberration, resulting in sharp and clear images. All air-to-glass surfaces are coated with advanced multi-layer hard coatings to reduce reflections and ghosting while optimizing light transmission. The lens edges are blackened to further enhance contrast.

Screw-up eyecups make this eyepiece comfortable for spectacle wearers and help reduce stray light. The excellent imaging quality of the SLV series also makes these eyepieces suitable for astrophotography with digital cameras.
