The Minox MD 80 ZR spotting scope offers advanced technology and flexibility for nature observation, hunting, bird watching, and shooting sports. This model features a newly developed lens mirror system, resulting in a design that is 20% shorter than traditional spotting scopes while maintaining excellent optical performance. The MD 80 ZR provides a straight viewing posture and a zoom eyepiece adjustable from 20x to 60x magnification. The brilliant, high-contrast images deliver neutral color rendition, even in challenging light conditions.

This spotting scope is built with a robust, impact-resistant metal housing and is waterproof to a depth of 5 meters. The integrated MIL reticle in the first focal plane enables precise and reliable distance measurement and terrain orientation, making it particularly suitable for marksmen, markswomen, and official authorities. The MR2-S reticle is compatible with all standard MIL reticles found in riflescopes and features precise 0.2 mrad marks in the center, with an additional AQRAS and mrad scale.
